Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 16, 2026Logic App Labs, LLC ("Logic App Labs," "we," "us," or "our") operates logicapplabs.com and related sites and products, including SawdustLogic, StructLogic, desktop software, the DinnerLogic subscription app, and the free sister sites at convert.logicapplabs.com, calculate.logicapplabs.com, charts.logicapplabs.com, and dev.logicapplabs.com (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
1. Information we collect
We collect only what we need to run the Services:
- Contact form submissions. When you use our contact page, we receive the name, email address, and message you provide so we can respond.
- Purchase and license data. If you buy a product, our payment processor (Stripe) handles card details. We receive limited order and license information (for example, email, product purchased, and license key status) needed to fulfill the order and validate licenses. Desktop software may send a license key, hardware fingerprint, and machine name solely for activation and enforcement.
- Technical logs. Our hosting provider (Netlify) and related infrastructure may automatically log standard request metadata such as IP address, user agent, timestamps, and requested URLs for security, reliability, and abuse prevention.
- Browser storage you control. Some tools store preferences or Pro unlock keys in your browser (for example, localStorage). That data stays on your device unless you clear it.
2. Client-side tools and uploads
Free converter, calculator, chart, and developer tools on our sister sites are designed to run in your browser. Files and data you process in those tools are not uploaded to our servers for conversion or calculation. We do not use those tool inputs to build profiles about you.
3. Advertising (Google AdSense)
We use Google AdSense to show ads on selected pages (for example, SawdustLogic and StructLogic tools, and ad-supported sister-site tools). Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure ads. AdSense may collect or receive information about your visits as described in Google’s policies.
- Google’s use of advertising cookies and how to opt out: policies.google.com/technologies/ads
- Google Privacy Policy: policies.google.com/privacy
Pro unlocks on applicable tools are intended to hide AdSense units for that browser while the unlock remains stored locally.
4. How we use information
We use the information described above to:
- Respond to inquiries and provide support
- Process payments, deliver downloads, and validate licenses
- Operate, secure, and improve the Services
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms (including the End-User License Agreement)
We do not sell your personal information.
5. Service providers
We rely on trusted vendors who process data on our behalf, including:
- Netlify — hosting and serverless functions
- Stripe — payment processing
- Google — AdSense advertising and related measurement
- Email delivery providers — sending transactional or contact-form messages when configured
These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies, limited to what is needed to provide their services to us.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
We and our partners may use cookies, localStorage, and similar technologies for essential site function, license/Pro unlock state, and advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect ads or some preferences.
7. Data retention
Contact messages and license records are retained as long as needed for support, accounting, security, and legal compliance. Browser-stored preferences and Pro keys remain until you clear site data. Server logs are retained according to our hosting provider’s practices and our operational needs.
8. Children’s privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the nature of the data we handle. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please use strong unique passwords for email accounts tied to purchases and keep license keys confidential.
10. Your choices
- Request access to or deletion of contact or license-related personal information we hold, where applicable, by contacting us
- Clear cookies and localStorage in your browser
- Use Google’s ad settings / opt-out tools linked above
11. International visitors
We are based in the United States. If you access the Services from another country, your information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our providers operate.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
13. DinnerLogic
DinnerLogic is a web subscription operated by Logic App Labs, LLC. Planner, account, and Family Group practices for that product are described in the DinnerLogic Privacy Policy — not this page, and not the desktop End-User License Agreement.
