End-User License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("Licensee") and Logic App Labs, LLC ("Licensor") for the use of desktop software products distributed by Licensor, including but not limited to Tekla Drawing Checklist and PaintLogic (collectively, the "Software").

By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.

1. Grant of License

Subject to the terms of this Agreement and payment of applicable fees, Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on the number of machines ("seats") specified in your purchase confirmation.

• Each seat permits installation on one (1) device at a time.
• You may not share, sublicense, rent, lease, or lend access to the Software to any third party.

2. License Key & Activation

Upon purchase, you will receive a unique license key. This key is personal to your account and must not be published, shared, or distributed. The Software communicates with our license server to verify activation status and seat limits.

3. Subscription Terms

If the Software is licensed on a subscription basis (e.g., annual per-seat pricing), your license remains active only while your subscription is current. If you cancel or fail to renew, the Software will cease to function at the end of the billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing cycle unless required by applicable law.

4. Restrictions

You shall not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Software.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Software.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the Software.
• Use the Software for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any license enforcement mechanisms, including but not limited to hardware fingerprinting or activation limits.

5. Intellectual Property

The Software and all copies thereof are proprietary to Licensor and title thereto remains in Licensor. All rights in the Software not specifically granted in this Agreement are reserved to Licensor. The Software is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6. Data Collection

The Software transmits limited data to our servers solely for the purpose of license validation (license key, hardware fingerprint, and machine name). We do not collect personal usage data, telemetry, or analytics beyond what is necessary for license enforcement. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. LICENSOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT OR THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY. LICENSOR'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SOFTWARE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession.

Licensor may also deactivate your license key in the event of a refund, chargeback, or violation of this Agreement.

10. Refund Policy

Refund requests may be submitted within fourteen (14) days of purchase. Upon issuing a refund, your license key will be deactivated and you must uninstall the Software from all devices. Licensor reserves the right to deny refund requests where substantial use of the Software has occurred.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts located in Texas.

12. Changes to This Agreement

Licensor reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Updated terms will be posted at this URL. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
